Milestone Auto Repair is growing and looking for skilled, motivated Automotive Technicians who want to be part of a team with purpose. We’re more than a repair shop — we’re public service advocates, working to make Northwest Arkansas safer through honest, high-quality automotive care.

What We Offer

• Earn up to $130,000/year (flat rate pay)

• Monday–Friday only | 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles

• Perform maintenance, inspections, and advanced repairs

• Work with a supportive, professional team
